Transport ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) on Friday adopted two protocols to integrate the air transport in the region, moving towards the ambitious goal of a single aviation market.
Viet Nam is creating a framework to stimulate private investments in
the aviation industry, as public-private partnerships for development of
this sector has become a trend in the region.
